You provide the breeder permission to call my home at any reasonable time to assure that the animal is being properly treated and cared for. You agree to be responsible for a purchased Cow/Donkey/Horse, to provide all its needs, treat it humanely, and provide all its needs to the best of your ability.

• The Seller guarantees this Cow/Donkey/Horse to be of sound health, with registration application paperwork, which makes the Cow/Donkey/Horse eligible for registration with the Buyer's local Kennel Club. The Seller guarantees that the Cow/Donkey/Horse has a great temperament at the time of this sale. The seller will provide a health record of all vaccinations and/or worming treatments.
